Super Bowl technical issues reported by online users

Online users took to platforms to complain about issues they had watching the Super Bowl.

Viewers took to platforms such as Reddit, Instagram and Twitter to complain about the audio quality on TSN1.  

While some people reported that the audio was bad, others didn't have issues.

Most compliments came from people watching on TSN1, the sports broadcast channel for B.C., Alta, and Yukon.

Some users also complained about streaming the game, reporting issues with the picture quality, audio, and stuttering.

Kenyon Wallace took to Twitter, seeing if other people had the same issue of poor audio quality.

Other viewers took to threads to complain about the poor audio. Many people posted that they were facing the same issues that mouthygurl had.

One user took to Reddit to complain about the audio being poor for the entire game. and because of this the 

Other people reported that the audio was good for them. 

Instagram user Longtendo28 shared a video of their frustrations with poor audio quality. In the clip you can hear his frustration with TSN. He said that the poor audio sound had been going on since the beginning of the game   

TSN responded to the complaints people had on their Twitter, saying they were aware of the issue.  

Some users responded to their tweet with negative comments. Many made fun of their tweet, or were mad at their slow response.


RussianBlue420 reported issues with streaming the Super Bowl. unlike the other complaints, RussianBlue420 was not on TSN1.  

In the same forum, other users said that they had no issues streaming the game.


Willtheadequate gave a list to help users having issues with streaming the game. no one replied to his post, saying if it worked or not. 

TSN did not post a response if they had fixed the audio issue. They also did not give out a comment for what happened to the audio quality on TSN1. No comments were given to the streaming issues.
